Emilie is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with 15 years experience in delivering Social Work Services. She has been an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker since 2017. Her credentials and experience include serving on the Leadership Team of Brolga Adolescent Inpatient Unit, as a School Counsellor, a Coordinator of Mental Health Services for Autism QLD and earning Her registration with EMDRAA as an EMDR Therapist. Her experience also encompasses foster care, disability and post diagnostic support for the Autistic community, and perinatal mental health care. She has delivered industry leading family and individual therapy to Clients across varying levels of complexity in both public and private arenas of practice including the entire spectrum of recovery oriented care. From mental health education and prevention to treating acute mental health presentations, Emilie can provide timely and poignant guidance. Her experience spans domestic violence response and prevention, child protection, complex presentations of PTSD and C-PTSD, Structured Dissociation, mental health disorders of all kinds, inpatient and community mental health work, family therapy and systemic models of practice and adult mental health including psychiatric presentations, risk management and prevention.
